Welcome to the City of Allen Community Services Department’s web page. The department includes approximately 94 employees dedicated to delivering excellent customer-focused services to meet Allen’s needs. The Community Services Department maintains your roads, water and sewer lines, drainage system, and provides trash and recycling services through contract with Community Waste Disposal, Inc., (CWD).

New Program Offers Recycling Rewards

Community Waste Disposal (CWD) is launching a residential recycling rewards program aimed at good recycling practices. The program recongnizes compliance in keeping contaminants and non-recyclable items out of the recycling collection cart. Read more...
