The City of Allen partners with the North Texas Municipal Alliance (NTMA) to provide cost-effective training to all employee levels. This initiative was designed to assist municipal employees in developing skills relevant to their current occupation or possible future occupations. Program offerings include compliance courses, as well as various series that prepare and assist employees to perform at a higher level.
In addition to a customer service series provided by NTMA, the City of Allen provides training in support of our PRIDE values.
