Reserving Space/Facility Rental

Meeting Rooms

Allen Public Library's meeting rooms are available for limited use by the public. 

	Rate for initial 2 hours (2 hour minimum)	Rate per additional hour	Refundable Security Deposit
Large Meeting Room	$50	$25/hour	$50 or  $100 if serving food and/or drinks
Small Meeting Room (Board Room)	$30	$15/hour	$50 (food and drink are not allowed in the board room)

Group Study Rooms

The library also has 4 group study rooms that are available for use free of charge. Study Room usage is intended for study, reading, tutoring, or related activities. Use of the room for other purposes like registration for sports activities, sales meetings, or other non-study related programs is restricted.  Study rooms may not be used at any time for cost-related activities such as pay-for-tutoring, registration, or sale of any items.  Study rooms are reserved for those 16 years of age or older.

Civic Auditorium

Seats 300 and features a stage with various curtain backdrops, professional audio/visual equipment and theatrical lighting.
